Company Team

Powerful. Innovative. Reliable.

We offer our clients the most powerful tool to track and increase the performance of their people, be they employees, volunteers, AmeriCorps members, students, professors or grantees.

We’ve become known for our work in three areas.

  • Youth development and education

  • Adult basic education and adult English language learning

  • Our practice that offers customized versions of our tool

How Organizations Use the Tool

As you're reading this, organizations are using the web-based America Learns Network, to:
  • Help thousands of children and adults become strong readers;

  • Help high school students become the first in their families to attend college;

  • Improve the quality of sports coaching in parks and community centers across the U.S.;

  • Help young women around the world become effective community activists;

  • Improve the quality of medical research in Oregon; and to

  • Bolster economic development efforts in Southern California.

How We Got Here

Our founder launched America Learns after serving as a reading tutor during college and coming to believe that there had to be a better way to provide volunteers with the ongoing training and support they need while making data collection, progress reporting, and grant writing frustration-free.

Since we launched in 2003, we've grown to serve organizations in more than 30 U.S. states and in more than 20 countries.
